Watch Max Pearson on being a presenter and people he'd like to interview

  • Born in 1959
  • Trained as a pilot by the RAF
  • Also a qualified tennis coach
  • Winner of the 1997 Sony Radio Award for news
  • Came close to death while cycling in the deserts of Rajisthan reporting on years of drought - and ran out of water
  • Lives in southern England and cycles 16 miles (28kms) daily to the station and back

Many people from all walks of life deserve to have their stories told and many leaders deserve to be given a tough time over their actions. But if I could interview anyone at all I'd go for Neil Armstrong and Osama Bin Laden
