How can I report listening problems?

If you are unable to listen to BBC World Service because of interference or loss of your radio signal, or if your usual satellite or cable channel cannot be accessed, please let us know via the click Feedback page.

Select the 'BBC World Service' option in the 'Select the destination for your email' box.

If you encounter problems with BBC World Service live audio streams, on-demand audio or podcasts, please select the 'BBC World Service Website' option from the email destination selection box.
