Egyptian footballer Mohamed Aboutrika emerges as the overwhelming winner of the 2008 African Footballer of the Year winning more than half the votes. He beat last year's winner Emmanuel Adebayor, Didier Drogba, Samuel Eto'o and Amr Zaki.
