Farmers have been staging protests in Brussels as European Union ministers hold an emergency meeting to discuss the crisis in Europe's diary industry.
Farmers say prices are so low that they are now having to sell their milk at about half its production cost.
That's led to protests across the region, says the BBC's Europe business reporter, Mark Sanders.
