Nina Wadia, currently plays click Zainab Khan in click Eastenders, the BBC’s leading soap opera. She also wrote and starred in click Goodness Gracious Me, a comedy sketch show that explores the clash of cultures between traditional Indian life and modern Britain. She was also a regular on click Westway, a BBC World Service soap opera.

click Bola Agbaje is one of Britain’s most exciting playwrights. Her first play click Gone Too Far, enjoyed a sell-out run at the Royal Court theatre in London, won an Oliver Award in 2008 and is now being adapted into a film.

Mervyn Watson has produced series for British television including click Coronation Street for ITV and click Casualty for the BBC. He has been an actor, theatre director and playwright.

click Neil Webb is currently Director of Drama and Dance at the click British Council. He recently returned to the UK after 14 years working in Asia, where he led the British Council’s arts and creative industries programme across 13 countries and territories in the Asia Pacific.

click Steve Titherington is Senior Commissioning Editor for click BBC World Service in English. He oversees the network’s response to breaking news and commissions new programmes.

Marion Nancarrow has directed more than 200 dramas for the BBC, half of them for the click BBC World Drama strand - which she ran for 11 years - working with writers and performers across the world.
