Male circumcision is increasingly being seen as a key to curbing the spread of HIV and Aids.
The Zimbabwean authorities have been stepping up a nationwide male circumcision campaign in their fight against the pandemic in the country.
Trials in Kenya, Uganda and South Africa have shown that the operation reduces the risk of a man contracting HIV - the virus that causes Aids - by 60 percent.
