It's over two decades since HIV and Aids grabbed the world's attention and now more than 20 million people in Africa live with the virus.

This World Aids Day is a chance to take stock of where we are in the fight against the pandemic.

Francoise Ndayishimiye is with the UN Global Fund for Aids and former head of the Secretariat of the National Aids Council of Burundi.

Network Africa's Paul Bakibinga asked her if things are improving in Africa.
