Ethiopia is mourning what many describe as one of the greatest - if not THE greatest popular musician - the country has ever produced.
Tilahun Gessesse - known to some simply as 'The Voice' - died on Sunday night at the age of sixty-eight.
He was in the music business for half a century performing in the distinctive Ethiopian jazz style. Yalew Kebede once worked with Tilahun and now produces an Ethiopian cultural radio programme in the UK. He looks back at Tilahun's life and music.
