BBC African Perspective: Rwanda has been admitted to the Commonwealth. The latest country with no traditional links to Britain to join the club. Its application has however, been marred by controversy over its poor human rights record. In this weeks edition, the BBC's Joseph Warungu discusses Rwanda's application and the role of the organisation in Africa with Commonwealth's Secretary General Kamalesh Sharma.
