Who leads BBC World Service?

BBC World Service is the BBC's international radio, television and online service in 33 languages. It is publicly funded by Parliamentary Grant-in-Aid (not the Licence Fee).

The BBC World Service Management Board reports to the Global News Division Direction Group.

BBC World Service is part of the BBC Global News Division, which includes BBC World News television, the BBC's international online news service bbc.com/news, BBC Monitoring and the BBC World Service Trust - the BBC's international charity.
