New Zealand Silver Ferns

The New Zealand Silver Ferns Netball team are the current Commonwealth Gold medal champions and will be one of the 12 teams competing for the Gold medal at Glasgow 2014.

The Silver Ferns recently visited Glasgow to play the Scottish Thistles ahead of the upcoming Commonwealth Games.

Commonwealth Class spoke with Captain Casey Kopua and mid-courter Joline Henry who let us know what it's like to be a Silver Fern.

Waimarama Taumaunu Coach of the Silver Ferns also gave us some insight into the squad's hopes for 2014 and what it takes to win a Commonwealth Gold Medal.
