Olympic and Paralympic Values: Courage week

Harry is preparing for an extraordinary challenge - he is attempting, at 15 years old, to become the youngest person to row the English Channel.

Harry has a gruelling six days-a-week training schedule, in which he regularly covers distances of up to 40 miles.

His efforts are fuelled by fundraising for the Make-A-Wish foundation, which provided support to his brother Ollie during his battle with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.

World Class takes a look at his motivations and inspirations for 'Courage week', part of the Olympic Values series.
