Andy Partridge was the first person Steve Somerset turned to when he came up with the idea of a CD to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the charity.

Steve's wife Hilary was diagnosed with MS six years ago.

The CD is called The Wish List - and Steve says that's exactly how the idea started out.

In a matter of time, his wish list of artists became a reality as the likes of Swindon's Justin Hayward and Steve Hogarth from Marillion agreed to be involved.

PLUS - the added bonus of a new track by XTC - under their other guise of The Dukes of Stratosphear.

Copies of The Wish List are only available from the offical website.

Andy Partridge and Steve Somerset recently visited the BBC Radio Swindon studios to talk about The Wish List with Mid-Morning Show presenter Dan Chisholm. Andy also discussed XTC's past, present and future.
