Girls’
Night Out is the hilarious and acclaimed show telling the story
of the most unforgettable hen night ever.
The
play runs at The Wyvern Theatre in Swindon from Monday 17th March
- Saturday 22nd March.
Girls'
Night Out was first performed on the 31st August 1996 at the Gateway
Theatre Chester and has since then filled houses throughout the
UK, with over a million attendees.
The
show has also wowed international audiences in Scandinavia, Mexico,
New Zealand and Australia.
"….in
a class of it's own for sheer entertainment value …brilliantly portrayed…
tight and well written has touching and poignant moments but above
all it's riotously funny and hugely enjoyable."
The Express
Aunt
Ivy has decided to give Jane a hen night she'll never forget. It'll
be a night of revelations. Four girls in search of a good time.
Four lads who strut their stuff on stage. But what happens when
far more than male flesh is exposed? When mothers, wives, sisters
and fiancees are confronted with revelations of an altogether different
kind?
Can
their lives ever be the same again? Will their make-up survive the
night? And will there be a wedding in the morning?
Girls'
Night Out explores the storylines from both sides of the curtain
of a male strip joint and is as hot and sticky as the real thing!
As
the play progresses the laughter gets louder, the dances raunchier
and the clothing skimpier!
There
is no doubt as the heat is turned up on the Fiesta of Flesh the
audience will be joining Aunty Ivy, Jane, Sarah and Nicola in shouting
for more.
Girl's
Night Out is kept from becoming too bitter or sugar sweet by the
down-to-earth language and attitudes of the characters. The laughter,
energy and friendship of the characters creates a vibrancy which
adds a touching poignancy to the tears, confusions and painful honesty
the night reveals.
The
play runs at The Wyvern Theatre in Swindon from Monday 17th March
- Saturday 22nd March. Tickets are priced at £10.00 and can be obtained
in advance from the Box Office on 01793 524481. Concessions are
available.
