Jongleurs prepares to celebrate its 21st birthday the comedy club's
best comedians are hitting the road with a stop off in Salisbury.
For over 20 years Jongleurs has been the kicking off point for many
of the country's comedic demi-gods from Paul Merton, Harry Enfield,
Rory Bremner, Graham Norton and Jo Brand to Ainsley Harriott - no,
not in the kitchen - instead he was improvising songs as one half
of The Calypso Twins.
on Thursday, January 22nd the comedy circuit's freshest stand-ups
will be heading to the Salisbury City Hall for the Jongleurs Comedy
Club on the Road.
Among the line up is a fringe regular Andy Parsons who not only
bagged last years Time Out award for Outstanding Achievement but
is up there as one of London's most talented and experienced comedians.
With the bullet-headed Londoner being an ex-Spitting Image writer
expect some topical shtick.
Joining him on the mike is Gina Yashere, one of Britain's best known
black female comics, who recently walked away with the Best Female
Stand-Up vote at the Black International Comedy Awards. Not only
has she fronted over 20 editions of Up Late with Gina Yashere, Planet
Pop but also writes for The Richard Blackwood Show.

Jeff digs deep into his East End upbringing offering up everything
from bouncers, fashion and pub fighting etiquette to the Poundshop
