Multi-talented siblings Robin and Jesse Davey from Devizes not only have a song featured on the Tomb Raider 2 soundtrack but they also make their own movies.

Robin and Jesse Davey AKA blues rockers The Davey Brothers have recently released their debut album 'Monkey No.9' through Eurythmics main man Dave Stewart's record label AN Music.

The brothers, who hail from Great Cheverall near Devizes have packed over 20 prime dirty blues cuts on the new 2-disc album as well as a wealth of multimedia material including short films, live footage and photos on the accompanying free DVD.

The first single taken from the album - 'Heart Go Faster' also features on the soundtrack to recent summer blockbuster Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life and the guys rubbed shoulders with the stars at the L.A. premiere of the movie.

As well as being mean musicians the brothers are also both talented film-makers. Their first film 'Making an Omelette' (included on the DVD) won the Best Short Film accolade at BT's Getoutthere Film Awards and it appeared as an extra on the video release of Guy Ritchie's crime caper 'Snatch'.

With a major US record deal looming and a UK tour on the horizon, the future is looking decidely rosy for the duo.

We recently caught up with Robin Davey who took time out from the band's busy schedule to discuss their current success.
