Memorabilia store Infinitely Better which is situated in The Brunel Plaza in Swindon has another packed calendar of cult movie star guest appearances planned for the second half of 2004.

The store which sells movie props, autographs and merchandise has seen stars from Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Stargate SG-1, Star Trek and the James Bond movies visit.

For local cult TV and movie fans it is a great opportunity to meet their heroes and take away a signed memento.

The next event set for Thursday 1st July sees actors Alice Krige and Max Grodenchik visit the store. Alice is famous for playing the icy Borg Queen in the 1996 Star Trek movie First Contact. She also reprised the role on TV in the Star Trek:Voyager series finale.

Max Grodenchik has enjoyed a long association with Star Trek having appeared in the movie Nemesis and both TV series - The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine. In the latter, he played Ferengi alien Rom throughout the series' seven year run.

John Challis and Sue Holderness
John Challis and Sue Holderness as Boycie and Marlene

On Saturday 4th September, Infinitely Better is holding an Only Fools & Horses Fun Day.

Stars from the show - John Challis who played wheeler-dealer Boycie and Sue Holderness alias his long-suffering wife Marlene are making an appearance.

There will be fun and games all day at the Brunel Shopping Centre along with music, props from the show and 'some pretty cool surprises'.

Lord of the Rings fans will be descending on the store on Thursday 16th September when actor Bruce Hopkins drops in. Bruce played Gamling in both The Two Towers and Return of the King.

The latest Bond girl to slink into the store is Maud Adams who pays a visit on Thursday 23rd September. Maud has the unique honour of having been the only leading Bond girl to have appeared twice, in both The Man With Golden Gun and Octopussy.

Returning on Thursday 18th November is Richard Kiel. Richard is famous for playing James Bond's most familiar adversary Jaws who battled the secret agent in The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker.

Richard first came to the store last year and his appearance was so successful that he has been asked back. This time he will be accompanied by his Moonraker co-star Blanche Ravalec.

Finally, on Thursday 25th November three very well-known cult movie stars will be making their first ever personal appearances in Swindon.

Doug Bradley
Doug Bradley as Pinhead

Most familiar of all will be actor Doug Bradley who has played sadistic demon Pinhead in all eight Hellraiser movies.

Accompanying Doug is Ken Foree whose numerous TV and movie roles include memorable turns in the original Dawn of the Dead, From Beyond, The X-Files and Dallas.

Also visiting the store is Gunnar Hansen, who was the man behind Leatherface's mask in the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre in 1974.

Infinitely Better owner Steve Goss has also let it be known to BBC Wiltshire that a very special guest appearance is planned for August.

We can say no more about it at the moment but suffice to say, this world-renowned and dignified actor will be by far the biggest star yet to visit the store. Stay tuned for more information!
