Fun and frolicks Yes, Saturday was a perfect day for a bit of frolicking on the lake, and clearly many of you thought so too as Coate Water, in Swindon, was heaving.

Despite support from lots of listeners, thank you for coming, we didn't win any medals. And the winner is.... We came 10th. Not a bad effort for a bunch of journalists! The heroes of the day were 24 Hour Gym, from West Swindon, who came first. Followed by Wacky Racers, a team of people from South Marston Distribution Centre, and then a dead heat between EFF Press, New College and Wasp. It was a great day, despite not being about to lift my arms the next day! |
