If you're quite nifty with a camera or have a favourite shot of Wiltshire, you've taken, hidden away in a shoe box than we want to see it... We're on the hunt for the best shots of Wiltshire, through the seasons, for 'A Year in Wiltshire' calendar to be printed ready for 2007. 'A Year in Wiltshire' Calendar Whether it's Autumn in Avebury, Summer at Stonehenge, Spring in Swindon or Winter in Westbury... send it in. It can be of anything that sums up your idea of a year in Wiltshire. A special place that inspires you or an event that captures your imagination and gets you snapping. All we ask is that the photograph be taken in Wiltshire and that you include a couple of lines of text telling us about the shot. Calendar Photography Competition The Calendar Competition is open to any amateur photographers living in Wiltshire. You can enter as many of your favourite shots of Wiltshire as you like as long as they've been taken, by you, within the county. To enter is simple: Just send your photographs or digital images (with a minimum format of 6 x 4 inches) either by e-mail to: OR Drop them into or post them to: 'A Year in Wiltshire' Competition, BBC Wiltshire website, Broadcasting House, 56-58 Prospect Place, Swindon, Wilts, SN1 3RW. Short listed entries will be published on the BBC Wiltshire website, throughout August 2006, and it will be down to the public to vote for their favourites. The 12 winners selected will be reproduced in 'A Year in Wiltshire' Calendar for 2007.
