Every day on BBC Radio Swindon's Graham Seaman Show, this week, you can hear the story of Sassy. The puppy who's been in training to be a guide dog for the last eight months.
Back in January, we told you how staff at the Drove Veterinary Hospital reached their £5,000 target to help buy a guide dog and that guide dog was Sassy!

Since then Kelly Stooke, from The Graham Seaman show, has been following Sassy's progress and you can hear how she did all this week at 11.30am on 103.6FM. Find out how Sassy deals with a busy supermarket, a crowded town centre, a packed bus and a brownies session full of admiring children. You can also hear how the trainers Andrew and Nicola Cornick deal with the training and how they feel when they have to say goodbye to Sassy and hand her over.
If you happen to miss any of the shows log back onto this page and you can hear an audio clip after it has aired. |
