Dionne Warwick knows the way to Swindon!

Legendary soul diva Dionne Warwick is the latest megastar to plan a show in Swindon. Find out where and when.

Over the last 12 months, Swindon has seen huge musical names such as Scissor Sisters, Kings of Leon and play shows within the town. And the next superstar to appear here will be none other than soul diva and R'n'B legend Dionne Warwick.

Over her 40+ years singing career, Dionne has notched up hit after classic hit including 'Do You Know the Way To San Jose?', 'Anyone Who Had a Heart' and 'Heartbreaker'.

She also preceded the mainstream success of some of her musical peers by becoming the first such artist to rack up a dozen consecutive US top 100 hit singles from 1963 to 1966.

Thoughout the years she has also gained an unparalleled reputation for musical excellence and has worked with many of the world’s greatest entertainers in both her musical career and in her much publicised work in leading the music industry in the fight against AIDS.

In 2003, the singer wrote her first book. 'My Point of View' is a collection of Dionne's own "pearls of wisdom" that she has gathered through the years. She provides her own thoughts and wisdom on various subjects, all highlighted by personal and rare photographs of her journey.

With a legacy of accomplishments and achievements, Dionne Warwick is now set to grace the stage at an all-seater concert at the Oasis, Swindon.

The concert is set to take place at the the leisure centre on Friday 2nd September. Tickets are priced at  £25.00, £35.00 and £45.00 and can be obtained via the venue box office on 01793 445401.
