you're prepared to make a bid, you'll be in with a chance of having
the BBC Wiltshire web team create your own page, with
you directing the content.
Let
us design a page around your own text, images and multimedia
elements - we'll even create a BBC Wiltshire gallery of your
favourite snaps!
What
a great way of saving on all those round-robin letters to friends
and relations this Christmas! Just direct them to the BBC Wiltshire
website and let your own web page do the talking!
All
you have to do is fill in the form below and tell us how much you'd
be prepared to bid - it's as simple as that!
The
person who bids the most amount of money will be the winner and
in the event of a draw, the winner will be selected by pulling names
from a hat.
The
minimum bid amount is £25.00 but clearly we'd like to raise
a lot more than that for Children in Need.
Today's
prices for web design vary considerably, with some companies charging
anything upwards of £100 for designing a single web page.
But
better still, all the money you bid will go towards raising money
for the BBC's Children in Need appeal.
So
start thinking about the sort of thing we could design for you and
get bidding!
Rules:
1.
The closing date for bids is Saturday 22nd November at 12 noon.
2.
Incomplete entry forms will not be included.
3.
The winning bidder will be asked to make their donation in the form
a cheque made out to BBC Children in Need and delivered
4.
The winning web page will be online no later than Saturday 20th
December, 2003.
