A storm unleashes the heaviest July rainfall on record in the French capital.
There's growing concern amongst scientists that weather in the Arctic Circle hasn't been as cold as it should be at this time of year. Researchers recently recorded a reading of minus five Celsius, but it should be 20 degrees lower.
