At least 40 killed in Mexico storms

At least 40 people have been killed following heavy storms in Mexico. The east and west coasts were pummelled by storms over a 24-hour period, triggering flash floods and landslides.
Meanwhile tropical storm Usagi has developed near the Philippines and this could move up towards Taiwan, gathering enough energy to potentially become a typhoon by the end of the week.
