Flood risk warning issued by Environment Agency

2 November 2012 Last updated at 17:53 Help

Rivers are full after the wettest April to June on record, followed by more rain in July, September and October.

The agency is warning that people should be ready for floods even with relatively small amounts of rain.

BBC Weather's Sarah Keith-Lucas explains.
