Storms threaten Taiwan and Caribbean
Typhoon Tembin and, further out in the Pacific, Typhoon Bolaven are both heading towards Taiwan.
Meanwhile, in the Atlantic, Tropical Storm Isaac is threatening the Caribbean and could become a hurricane, while another storm is brewing further east.
