Devastating floods hit Taiwan

Taiwan has seen devastating floods after days of rain. Two feet (61cm) of rain fell, inundating homes and businesses. Three thousand people were evacuated from hillside homes because if the risk of landslides. The flooding is not over yet as more heavy rain heads toward Taiwan, and on into China. Susan Powell has the details.
