Helen Willetts 'Best Weather Presenter'

Francis Wilson is currently Sky News's weatherman where he continues to "enjoy" the early morning starts he began in 1983 as weatherman on BBC-1's `Breakfast Time'.

He worked as a Met Office forecaster between 1972 and 1978, when he joined Thames TV as weatherman, a position he held until moving to the BBC.

Happy memories include being undressed by Pamela Stephenson while trying to give the forecast and having the coat eaten from his back by a camel at an outside broadcast. Understandably, he lists his hobbies and interests as sleeping!
