I have concerns about the quality of the drinking water

If you think your drinking water supply isn't up to scratch first contact your water company. It can send someone to test the quality of water coming out of your tap.

If you can't get a satisfactory response from them, contact the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI). The DWI acts to provide independent reassurance that public water supplies in England and Wales are safe and drinking water quality is acceptable to consumers.
