What you need:

  • Spade
  • Four wooden planks
  • Hammer and nails
  • Compost
  • Vegetable seeds
  • Tags

1. Nail the planks together to create a square frame.

2. Fill the frame with soil and compost.

3. Use your heel to mark out shallow lines in the soil.

4. Sow the seeds in a line and cover them with soil.

5. Write the name of the vegetable on a tag and stick into the soil next to the row. This will remind you what you've planted.
