West Coast Surf School
Fully insured and B.S.A. approved AOA Surf School. Lessons are generally held at Hells Mouth, Abersoch in NW Wales from May until November. Tuition is available for all levels and they'll contact you 2 to 3 days before the lesson to confirm, as surf conditions can vary.

Gower Surfing Developement
Is a B.S.A registered Welsh surf school offering beginner surfing courses, equipment hire & surf clothing on the Welsh surf coast of the Gower. The Welsh Surfing Federation Surf School
B.S.A and qualified lifeguard instructors. Boards and wetsuits provided. Owned by the governing body for surfing in Wales and the only surf schoolbased at Llangennith on the Gower, it's a non-profit making organisation that takes on the role of fund raising to help promote surfing in Wales. The surf school normally operates from April to October.

West Wales Wind, Surf and Sailing
Pete Bounds runs this surf school based in Newgale, Pembrokeshire. Pete is a former British team captain, B.S.A Coach and winner of many competitions at home and abroad. The course caters for beginners and intermediates but there are also improver, women's and surfing instructor courses available.

Outer Reef Surf School
B.S.A and S.L.S.A lifeguard registered. Local surfer, Dean Gough runs this surf school from Freshwater West beach in Pembrokeshire. Sponsored by Billabong and Saltrock the courses vary from a half days tuition, to a fully packed week. Everything is catered for - ranging from kids classes to women only and from longboarding to bodyboarding. There are group discounts, video analysis etc so check the website for details.
