Estyn Llaw Scheme Estyn Llaw aims to develop bilingualism in the voluntary sector in Wales. They can offer help to you via workshops and training, and they can help you publicise volunteering opportunities amongst Welsh speakers.

Samaritans If you want to discuss a problem with someone, the Samaritans offer help over the phone 24 hours a day or in person at one of their centres. You can contact them by phone, email or letter. Local branches are found in Swansea and Haverfordwest. Courses are offered to people who would like to take part in voluntary work with the organisation.
