    Heart of Wales Railway
    The 'Heart of Wales' line, a must for those who enjoy scenic views by train, links Swansea and Shrewsbury, and it reached Llandovery in 1868. On this site, comissioned by the Heart of Wales Line Forum (a consortium that promotes and looks after the route), there's timetable information, guides to what you can see along the way, and some great images.

    Visit Carmarthenshire was formed as a joint venture by Antur Teifi and the Carmarthenshire Tourist Association (CTA), and is now managed by the CTA.
    It's a comprehensive site which offers invaluable information on the county for tourists and locals alike, covering attractions, local businesses and places to stay - with lots of ideas for things to do in the Llandovery area.
