My family lives in that part of Wales and I use to spend my summers at Pen-y-coed. There was an old mill on the land that has since been converted into a holiday rental.
When I was young my friends and I would play in the old mill, it wasn't unusual to hear dogs at the door that weren't there. My grandmother told me the previous owner was known for drowning dogs.
Could it be the same mill?

That is what happened to me one night in wales at trader bay and i looked out my windiow and there there two horses try to get in. Before it was flat's it was a riding school and there was stables were we were on.

Very good story, people say that animals and young children experience the paranormal more than any1 else for some weird reason, good story like :)
