"About three months ago I came home from my cousins. I was walking along the road when I came to my next door nieghbour's house. Mr Parsley was standing in the doorway. I said hello to him and waited for him to say hi back but he didn't utter a sound so I walked on."
"When I got home I told mum that I just saw Mr Parsley and he was acting really strange. About an hour later myself and mum heard an ambulance drive up to Mr Parsley's home. He was dead, I couldn't believe it."
"I explained to the police what I saw but they told me that there was no way I saw him because he had been dead for at least 12 hours."

Laura, dont panic, same thing happend to me with my grandfather who was really close to me, he did actually speak to me though, and had been physically dead for 30 mins. I was unaware of this at time, I was only 12, but he has been in contact over the years, only when I seem to be low. He visits to give me a lift and I am always grateful to see and hear from him. I think you are very lucky to witness this phenomenon and realise it, as many people will see the same thing and not even be aware of it.

More accurately speaking this kind of phenomenon is called a 'crisis apparition'(never heard of a 'telepath convo', before!), where the spirit of someone is seen just before or after death. The fact that he did not seem to interact with Laura (remember, she says that he ignored her) suggests to me that he was not looking for her, and may have just been taking a last look at his home before passing over.

i read something very similar to that, a man and his friend went to the pub one day and when they were walking home they seen his wife coming towards them and she had a look of desperation on her face and she was wearing her night clothes, and was all pure grey and she went straight through them, so they ran home seen the mans wife in the chair dead with the exact same look on her face.

Laura this is called a telepath convo, he was ur next door neighbour and chose you to be the one to see him and you only. Its happened to me loads of times, and from now on u might be able to see him hear him coz u was the last person to see him in spectre. Bye take care.

Like Lauren from Cardiff I too believe your neighbour was trying to tell someone of his death, he may have had a fear of not being found and left alone or maybe of just being alone when he passed away.

I think that Mr Parsley's ghost was trying to tell you something about his death or that he had died spooky.
