Friendly Spirit

Susan living in Paris describes what happened to her when she visited her boyfriend's house:

"Last weekend I was at my boyfriends Country House in Donzy (two hours from Paris) on my third visit. The house is 300 years old and was a hairdressers and a bar at the same time in about 1930/40; and we are in the process of renovating it.

"There is no electricity upstairs and the house is really messy, work has been started in all the rooms.

"I took my sandles off as I got into bed but one was on top of the other .... I thought it would be best if I put them side by side; as they would get dirty like they were. Next thing I heard a noise ... and I knew it was a sandle being put along side the other. I looked and yes they were neatly one next to the other. I said thank you and know it was a kind spirit that had done this for me.

"Funny but I was no longer afraid to go downstairs to the bathroom... or for water. At 02:00 I could not sleep but I just did some sorting out.

"I am going again this weekend and would like to make contact with the Spirit but how? Please could you advise me, I do feel there is a lot of love in the house."

I think you should leave it as contacting ghosts can be quite dangerous as people have said about weji boards.

I think that every time you walk and you feel the presence of it, you should welcome it by saying 'hello' and then it might (in time) become more comfortable with the fact that you don't mind it being there and then you can talk to it and find more things about it by asking it did it live in the house before and saying can you give me some sort of sign by closing the door or something it might just work!

My wife comes from Donzy and I wonder if she knows the house. Where is it? Her parents still live in Donzy.

first rule of finding ghosts, don`t look for them, they are as scared of us as most people are scared of them, they will communicate with you when they are ready just be patient my french friend, and he or she will come find you again :)

I think what you should do is nothing I know by this story that the spirit will make contact with you so do not do anything....you never know what can happen. You should ask it questions and see if the ghost will respond...I am sure the ghost already likes you for you seem very nice.

Well my advice is you should just be by yourself in a empty room. and start trying to communicate with the spirit.

When I was little every night at the same time a soldier used to climb up my bed like it was a a bank he seemed in pain and limp down his left side of his body.
I used to hide my head under the covers but every night it happened again. I told my mum and she showed me a picture of him; it was her uncle who died in the war on his 21st birthday. He was shot by a sniper in the neck; his friends lay him down and put a red cross by him so the Red Cross would pick him up.
But he jumped up and tried to follow his friends and got shot again and died

I would advise you to ask or try to communicate with it.
