Just wondered if anybody else witnessed 2 separate round orange balls in the sky at around 11pm on Saturday 27th June 2009.I managed to photograph 1 but its not a very good photo. There was absolutely no sound and they appeared to be 45 degrees high in the sky and travelling quite slowly. One of them then faded and disappeared the second one then became stationary for a while then it seemed to move off quite quickly because it became smaller until it could not be seen any more. A few minutes or so later it re-appeared in the same place that it was seen hovering then it just winked out like turning off a light.

At around the time my father was dying in hospital, I was sleeping in the spare room in my parents' flat - which was part of an old converted farmhouse. I suddenly awoke absolutely knowing that someone had come into the room, although the door had not opened. Then a wonderful floral perfume wafted round the room as though somebody was moving around. Then just as suddenly I felt that the presence was gone, and the perfume died away. I felt in no way threatened by this, just a bit sad.

...Just came back fishing from Loughor - my son said, "Come here quickly - it look[s] like three red orange balls in the sky."...we ran out the back garden and we had a look in a 30 x 70 monocular - we had no detail, they were not flares, because flares leave trails. They were not fireworks, because we did not hear any noise. They were moving slowly in the sky and fading. They were not meteors because they were slow. There were about 20 in all they were West, down Cefn Sidan way, very strange.

Years ago we visited a site in the Peak District that had been a gathering point for witches. That night I had a very vivid dream. I was dressed in 'civil war' type clothing and running across a field in panic. I was being pursued by a captain of the opposition and knew if he caught me I was in trouble.
I leapt over a gate and there on the floor was a friend of mine badly wounded. I urged him to get up and pointed out the captain coming our way. He said he couldn't - why don't you shoot the captain he said.
I said, 'I have no charge in my pistol.' He passed me a flintlock which I steadied on the top of the gate, I knew they were not accurate.
The captain got closer and I fired. The ball whizzed past his shoulder. He leaped over the gate held me by the neck and spun me round. I heard him say, 'Make peace with your God!'
I woke up with a scream and a terrible pain in my ribs! Strange huh?

I went to Dan y Coed with my drama group and I went upstairs to get my friend and I realised she was downstairs so I went in my room to get my purse and as I got there the door opened and closed in front of me I went in - there was no one to be seen.

When I was at pendine this year, things kept going missing and my friends camera had mystriously took pictures by itself. The weirdest thing though, on the last night that I was there, Me and my other friend both saw a black figure glide through the wall! I'm not entirely sure what it was,

I believe in ESP. Once I had a dream that I was sitting round a table with my friends. The next day it happened, but you may be thinking that it's a coincidence, but everyone was in the same place and we were talking about the exact same thing...

Back in the 1970's a whole school in a rural area in West Wales saw a 'flying saucer' in the field next to the school, it was all over the tv etc and the children had to draw what they had seen. Since then nothing more has been heard .... where are those children now and why haven't they EVER mentioned it or have never been interviewed... I believe it was on the Welsh coast possibly in Pembrokeshire.

Last summer...I let my dog out the back garden and walked down the path and looked up to the sky there was one red glowing light in the sky - too big to be a star - it was then joined by another, and they were both moving around like no plane could move. I called my wife and she came into the garden to see the two lights joined by three or four others they stayed still for a few minutes, then seemed to split into two and shot off at amazing speed. My wife was shaking. I have never seen anything like it.

On the day my grandmother died a picture that she had painted of me and my sister fell from the wall. It had hung there and never moved for twenty years. Pretty strange that it should fall on that day, don't you think?! Another story comes from when my girlfriend's gran died. ON the night of the funeral her nephew, only aged two years old, could be heard upstairs saying 'hello granny'and laughing.

I dont know about you but I think my story is really scary. One night while I was in my room watching T.V. I heard a loud bang on my window. I looked and closed the blinds because I was as little creeped out. Then I heard the bang again I looked at the window and a blind slowly flipped open and I saw these red demonic eyes staring back at me. I ran out of my roon to go tell my mom and dad what happend but they didnt belive me. I got my dad to help me move the bed to where it was facing away from the window. So far till this day I have never seen the eyes again and I hope I dont!

I would say I am spiritual rather than religious, but hopefully quite down to Earth, I experienced some strange happenings a few years ago in Oxford.I was one of four students in a house share in Bullen Road, Oxford in 1996, I experienced the sensation of cold breathing on my neck when nobody else was present, a shadow of a figure over my bed, the sound (but not sight) of furniture being moved, the sight of a door opening by itself and what I can only describe as the sound of a small dog?? running around in the bath tub when again, the house was empty on this occaision except for me!The oddest experience I had was when moving out of this house, I heard the sound of a girls laughter in the rain when nobody could be seen or could possibly have been that close as the noise appeared to be located very nearby to where I was standing. My house buddies also experienced strange events within the house, these days several years on it is quite difficult to believe this happened, but I do feel if anyone has a ghostly experience, you should not be worried, they may just want some sort of comfort or help in your presence, or most likely I feel they would have friendly intentions towards you, so be brave and be good to others and we have nothing to fear!

Michael Morgan's comment was spooky. Only yesterday me and a friend were walking in the valley just south of Talybont reservoir (on the old Trefil tramroad) in a small wooded area...we both heard what could only be described as a low growling / grunting, and noticed that the bottom of many trees had the bark rubbed or scratched off! Needless to say we moved on fairly quickly getting more and more aware of the huge number of dead sheep in the local vicinity. It may be a few miles North of where Michael said he heard growls, but to me this is just too much of a coincidence!

My husband and I visited the aircraft museum in Valleta, Malta, while on holiday. It was pretty quiet with not many visitors around and we were able to stroll around and look at the many exhibits.
They have a war plane (maybe a Spitfire I'm not quite sure) on display in the museum and while we walked past we heard a voice, sort of echoing and muffled, exactly how in films you hear pilots speaking into a transmitter. We looked at each other and said 'Did you hear that?' and yes we both heard the voice. We looked about and at first thought there was maybe a tape or something just to give you the sound eff! ect of what it would have sounded like, but there was nothing and even though we walked round the plane a few times more, we never heard the voice again.
But we didn't imagine it, we both heard the voice, clearly, but we still don't know where it came from unless it was a voice from the past. Has anyone else visited there and heard anything similar. If you go to Malta, it's a fabulous place and really worth a visit and you never know what you may hear!

...my Mother's ghost! For years she has haunted the old family house in California, and continued long after the last of our family moved out. The new owners who moved in complained about the ghost, but over time they accepted the strange and uninvited spirit arriving un-annouced, She is still there seemingly protecting the house and it' occupants. I recall once she put out a fire that had started in a wall heating unit, while all of us were asleep; the next day after careful inspection of the heating furnece, it was discoverd that everything in the heater space was completely distroyed by a fire that could have set the rest of the house in flames, but rather it failed to pass beyond the thin walls protecting the rest of the house and family. Only a real Ghost or divine spirit could stop something of that nature.

When I lived in Caerleon many years ago, a house in highfield road, at the top of lodge hill, had a ghost of a black monk. Looking at the history of the place, we found out that the monks travelled from Strata Florida in Wales down to Caerleon. Although I never saw it, my step father saw it in all its glory.

When I lived in Penygroes, Carmarthenshire, my sister and I were convinced the house was haunted. The house we lived in was probably around a hundred years old. When I was in the kitchen, sometimes I could feel a presence behind me, occasionally close enough to be looking over my shoulder. It wasn't scary and I was sure it was a woman.
My sister had also felt the same presence and said that she woke up one morning and saw a woman standing at the end of her bed smiling at her - a woman with dark hair and blue eyes.
After my sister and I had moved out, I was visiting my mum in th! at house for a few days. She had to work a night shift and I was alone in the house watching TV. It was about 9pm when I noticed the old familiar presence in the room with me. After a few minutes, I heard her laugh. It was one of the happiest sounds I have ever heard. She stayed there for a few more minutes, then she left. I've always wished I could have been the one to see her. It's a shame I never knew her - I'm sure we would have been friends.

I work as an IT technician and was on location at Cardiff High School last December. I was waiting for a windows installation to finish and was looking out of the library window feeling quite bord. I glanced out of the window and it was quite cloudy, very overcast and the clouds were quite low. It was December 05 and we had had some rain earlier in the morning and through the clouds I could see a diamond type shape making its way through the could cover. I continued watching it thinking that it was a hot air baloon as it seemed to bob through the clouds. As it got closer it broke through the cloud over it was a cylider gun metal grey in colour that was slowly rotating. When it broke through the clouds it was at a left angle. It straightened out and leaned to the right still rotating and then went back into the clouds.
It freaked me out so much that I quit my job to be closer to home. I now work in Swansea at 5 grand less a year to be closer to my family incase anything should happen. It seems a bit of an extreme action but either I was badly halucinating or I actually saw something that was totally out of this world. I cannot tell you what it was but I can tell you it was no plane, baloon, venus or swap gas.

I have two stories where I believe I've seen spirits in west Wales! The first was on North Beach in Tenby on a rainy late afternoon in early Septenber a few years ago! My girlfriend myself and the kids were walking from the slipway and making our way round the rocky headland at the top of North Beach! It was raining and was no suprise to me to see a solitary figure walking from the other direction holding its jacket over its head, walking along the tides edge! I thought poor bloke looks soaking.I turned to speak to the family and when I looked round about 20 to 30 seconds later the figure had gone!
Now I looked straight away to see if he had changed his direction or ran another way,no sign of him! So I said to everyone where did he go, but nobody else had seen him!
Determined to show them I ran to the spot I saw him, to see where the footprints went, but to my shock there were none!
Also the beach was so wide there was no way he could have disapeared that quick! Thinking back the way he was dressed could have easily have been olden day attire, black trousers shoes, jacket and white shirt!
The other was in a field a few miles outside fishguard! Me and my girlfriend chose to camp on the site as we read it was an anciant battle site, where a Welsh prince and his men faught!
The field was marked by two standing stones, one being used to hang the farmers gate on! We went for a drink about a mile down the road for some dutch courage and returned about 11.30pm!
Everything seemed fine as we took a walk down the field to see what we could see! After a while we had an eiree sense of being watched from the hedge row! Soon after this there was what seemed to be a black cloud that slowley came towards us,and the uneasy feeling of more than one spirit in this misty cloud, you could almost hear them chatting!
As it came round us it felt icy cold, and we had a overwelming feeling of not being welcome there! Almost as if we were being told you shouldnt be here!We needed no persuading after that we ran back 2 the tent jumped in and cuddled up to
a very tense nights sleep, felt like there was something outside all night! My first ghost hunt and never done one sinse!

On two instances whilst walking from Ebbw Vale to Talybont On Usk, me my dad his friend and his son were walking through the woods near Trefil on the footpath that goes past the waterfalls. There were dead sheep all along the track. While walking past this spot we all heard what can only be described as the growl of a big cat. We all turned to each other at the same time it was spooky to say the least. The same thing happened the second time in the same place. We think this is more than a freak noise on the mountain.

I was ill one night and I was lying in bed and it was dark when all of a sudden I saw a white figure. It was a girl and it looked like she was wearing victorian clothes, then I started screaming because I thought my brother was playing a trick on me so because I was sreaming my mom walked in. Then all of a sudden the figure went, it was by my window and I have heard that if u see a ghost by your window it means you have got a sixth sense so this sums up that I believe in ghosts!!!

Hello, I think your site is great! Now, here's my tale. When I was very little I was eating my tea alone in my dining room, because my mum and dad and sister where in the living room watching tv. Suddenly the door creaked open, I turned to see no-one there! Then the next night I had really weird dreams and wet myself was so scared!I had the dreams for about a week and weird things kept happening to my teddy, it kept walking on its own as I found it miles away from when I kept it! Then when we moved house the following month the dreams stopped but I threw my teddy out because it gave me the creeps! Help!!

I was sleeping over my friends because it was her birthday. We were sleeping in her room which is pretty large and it is on the third floor of the house. Next door to her room, is the PC room wich has a pc and a few chairs.
When we were on the PC we could hear strange noises coming from her room so I decided to check it out. I went out of the door and into the bedroom. There was nothing weird there but I could still hear noises so I followed the sound of the noise and it sounded clearer and clearer until I could hear what it was. It sounded like someone was tapping on the bedroom window. I opened the curtains to see a load of orbs floating past the window. There were about 10-20 of them all flying past the window. I got freaked out and ran into the other room. My friend asked me what was wrong. I told her about the orbs and we went to have another look. As we reached the window and pulled the curtains back I could see the orbs had gone so we went back onto the PC.
Later that night, about half past 2 we could hear whispering next door, this time I was really freaked out. This time we both went to have a look. The only people that were in the house was me and my friend and her mother and father. When we tried to open the door, we couldn't. We pushed and shoved but it just wouldn't open. We could still hear whispering but it wasn't very clear. It sounded as if 4 or 5 people were having a conversation. I went and put my ear against the wall to listen but still couldn't hear them. All of a sudden the door flung open and threw my friend half way acroos the room. I ran to the door to see what was holding the door but there was nothing there and the whispering had stopped. We were really scared and couldn't go back to sleep. Nothing else has happened since then.

I awoke at about 5:45 on a Tuesday morning, my bedroom door was open with the long wall of the landing facing me. We had only been living here for four weeks and have had a strange feeling since we moved here. We have two daughters aged 12 and 14 so I thought nothing of it. What happened was when I awoke I looked towards the door which was open and saw what I thought was my eldest daughter, the girl had her arm upon the wall with her head resting on it and she was crying. I sat up in bed and thought she wanted a day off school pretending to be ill. I spoke to her, I said 'Alex are you alright?', there was no answer, I spoke again saying come on go back to bed and we will see how you feel in the morning.
At that point I realised it couldn't be Alex as she was much smaller, and realised it couldn't be my other daughter because who I saw had dark brown hair and my daughter has blonde hair. All of a sudden the persons head turned slightly and melted away, this is not the first probable sighting I have seen...

UFO sighting. My name is David and I consider myself to be an open minded sceptic. My experience happened to me when I was 11 years old, in the middle of the day at my local Junior school. I was always the last to be picked for football being a short fat kid and was hanging off the raillings of the school yard waiting to be picked as goalie as usual. It was a clear sunny day and visibility was really good. I heard some of the kids in the yard start saying things like look a flying saucer.
I glanced up but couldn't see anything. I looked around to my left and saw to my astonishment what can only be discribed as two dinner plates joined together top to top and viewed from the side. It made no noise at all and shot across the sky from one mountain at the top of the valley behind another valley into the next.
It went from the Llynfi valley into the Afan valley. It left a shadow on the ground and was below the height of the mountain which it passed behind. Literally a few seconds later there was an almightly roar as two RAF jets (Jaguars I think ) chased it behind the mountain it disappeared behind. It really freaked me out. The ufo literally left the planes standing.
I approached a teacher along with three other pupils and tried to explain what I had seen. I asked him why the ufo never made a sound and he told me the wind must have been blowing the other way???? Neadless to say that this incident has changed my views on things. If it was a government aircraft why was it being tested so low over a populated area? Why did I hear the jets and not the ufo??

I am a down to earth blunt northerner and do not believe in ghosts, however there may be a part of the mind a "sixth sense" which we cannot comprehend.
Some ten years ago my son and I were mountain bike riding high up above Lewistown in the Ogwr valley near Pen y Foel well away from any properties.
It was a rainy Sunday evening approx 6pm, we were covered in mud.
We stopped for a rest close to the peak when two elderly gentlemen dressed in immaculate black Victorian clothes with books under their arms past within 5 yards of us, we turned quickly as they past but they were gone.
They appeared to be walking about 3 inches above the ground and their shoes were not muddy. We both witnessed this.
I know there is a cemetary down in the valley, the direction they were walking.
Any suggestions anyone??

I have always believed in ghosts but the most weird experience i have had was when I was young, and I had a dream about all my old teachers when I needed to go to the toilet. As I got out of bed I heard whispering. I thought that it was just my sister, but she was fast asleep. I continued to walk up the hall the whispering was getting louder, when I reached the toilet door I saw it the horrible figure pearly white and whispering the words whose out of bed revenge me now.
The figure resembled a man who had been stabbed several times in the stomach. His head was that of a wolf and a man.

It was my 13th birthday last year and as usual my mates were upstairs asleep as you would be after a sleepover and especially at 5:15 in the morning. My father's mobile phone alarm went off that morning at exactly the same time my grandad died. My grandad died 2 days after my birthday and was expecting to come and see me that day. It was a Sunday the alarm went off, exactly the same time my grandad died, on my birthday and not even the mobile phone company said the alarm could have gone off without my dad doing it. Guess he wanted to say hi.

When my father was 10 his father died, and not long after that something strange happend.
When his father was alive he always use to sit at the end of the bed putting his socks on, well this perticular morning just as my Nanna (my fathers mother) was waking she noticed there was a dip in the bottom of the bed as if someone was sitting there, just then my father came into the room and the bottom of the bed rose, at that moment my father felt a cool breeze brush past him and said to his mother "Mam was that daddy ?"
The strange thing is they both experienced something at the same time.

I personally am totally unsure of what's out there. You hear all these stories from those who are convinced they've seen a UFO or a ghost or something, and then when you talk to people about them, they always say the stories are fake. What I'm unsure about is the fact that so many people have not had these sorts of experiences, but then there is that select few who are absolutely positive that ghosts etc. exist, because they've seen them with thier own eyes. I think I'll always remain unsure...

My house is a very old Victorian house which is known to have a ghost who lived there named Helen Phipps. Helen used to live here until she lived at an orphanage and them committed suicide. One morning, I went plum picking at my orchard with my dad and my big brother Hamish. That very night Hamish fell asleep downstairs and woke saying a young boy was throwing plums at him. Hamish thought it was a dream. This was no dream alright! He ran downstairs following him. Hamish was screaming. He ran into my mums room to tell her. She was not surprised, the boy vanished. My mum told me that it was his house, who lived with his mother Helen Phipps. They had both planted those trees down in the orchard. Helen and Edgar (her son) are usually haunting my house which is freaky! They bang using mallets on my cellar door which has been blocked off now as it kept opening by Helen and Edgar. We have these two unwanted ghosts haunting my house.

It was a very weird day, it was nice and sunny so I hung the washing on the line. About an hour later it started to pour down with rain, I ran to get the washing in and brought it back it. I was soaking wet, so I went upstairs to get changed - I head a bottle fall on the floor in the bathroom and I thought nothing of it, then I heard the bottle rolling along the floor. So I went to the bathroom and pushed the door open. I looked down on the floor and there was the bottle, and I looked up and there was a toilet roll floating on top of the sink. I froze as I turned to go into my bedroom the toilet roll dropped. A day later I went out with my daughter and came back and all my daughter's toys were scattered everywhere. It was weird. I have done some reserch on what used to be around here, and there is a story called The Water Boy and that was based here.

My paternal grandmother had a dear friend of hers die, and I remember her telling my sister and I stories about waking up at night and hearing the door open and seeing the rocking chair start rocking. She said her eyes would be drawn to the chair, and her best friend would be sitting there just as she did when she was living.
I have had one personal ghostly experience myself that I will never forget, that made me a believer. I had fallen asleep on the couch one night some time ago, because I remember that my three children were quite young, and I glanced at the diamond shaped window in our frontdoor, and a man's face was stairing back at me. That was the scary thing about it, that it was staring back at me and not just blank looking. It acknowledged my presence.
I kept shutting my eyes and thinking that when I opened them again it would be gone, but it wasn't. It stared at me for five minutes or so, and I just froze. I couldn't even scream. It looked like someone from our Civil War Period, the 1860's, judging from his hair and beard. It could not have been just a person standing there, because a man would not have been tall enough to see his face through the window standing on our front porch.
I haven't seen anything strange since then, but it took me a long time to get over it. I believe that you have to personally experience something like this before you become a true believer. So I do not think people are crazy or imagining it when they see a ghost. Not at all.

My name is Sam - originally from North Wales whilst serving with the Royal Corps of Signals in Brawdy Barracks I lived in a married quarter in Guillemot Avenue, Crow Hill, Haverfordwest. I am a level headed man and have no fear but what I experienced in that house would have been far worse in my opinion if I have been a Welsh speaker in that house. I have often wondered what is going on there now. I survived very strange and dangerous goings on. My pregnant wife was pushed down the stairs when there was no one there, I spoke in Welsh and asked the spirit to leave - at that point a loud wailing noise was heard. I have tried to put this part of my life behind me but this house had evil there.

I strongly believe in ghosts, I may only be 13 but I have already had many experiences with spirits, one night, when I was lying in bed, I saw a a dark figure coming towards me with a knife raised in its hand. I blinked a few times to make sure I wasn't imagining things, but sure enough, when I opened my eyes he was still there. I hid under my blanket for a few seconds and when I looked out, he had disappeared. Another sighting I've had was once outside the front door of my old house, I saw a Victorian man riding a penny-farthing down the hill on the private street I lived in, I blinked a few times and he was still there, he then disappeared into the distance. Also a figure of a dead man bleeding keeps appearing in my bath.
This is why I believe ghosts are real!

The street I live in now used to have a train shunting yard. And when I moved here, I strangely thought one day, 'there is a connection with trains in this street'. I honestly did not know that the street used to be a shunting yard and there is no evidence to show this. I then got friendly with a neighbour and I asked him if there used to be a train track running down here. Yes he said, this street used to be a shunting yard. Freaky huh!

One night when I was watching TV by myself, I heard a creaky noise from the middle of the front room. I wondered for a second what it was but then was certain it was the floor boards. Anyway as I carried on watching the TV, suddenly the lights came on at exactly 11:00pm. I was nervous because I do believe in these kind of things but I never thought it could happen to me, I knew something wasn't right. I got up and turned on the light. About 30 minutes later the programme I was watching finished and I got up and went to the kitchen to go and get a drink. I went back in the front room after hearing the phone ring, I picked it up and no one answered, I asked if anybody was there but no one was.
As I put the phone down and sat back down I realised the kitchen light was still on but I could of sworn I turned it on. So i left it and started watching another programme.
About 12:30 I fell asleep and at 2:55 I was awoken by a hand on my leg, I sat right up straight and out of breath. I realised when I looked down at my legs that it was nothing, probably just my vivid imagination.
I went back to sleep and was awoken again at 4:27 by a nail running across my face, I covered my face and pushed back saying " who's there, why can't you leave me alone" no one answered me. I pulled the cover away slowly from my face. I went back to sleep scared.
The same morning when I awoke naturally I was wondering what had happened some hours ago. I told some of my family and my Mum had said it could of been Nanna, "Why?" I replied "Because darling, you know you said 11:00pm the lights went on, well nanna was born at that exact time, and also the phone rang around 11:30 right well on the 30th day of the 11 month some years ago well that's when nanna called the family up all day even family we didn't even speak to anymore to tell them that I was pregnant with you.
2:55 was the time when nanna died because she had injured her leg so badly that they had to amputate her leg, but as an elderley woman she died from the pain because she could not handle it at her age. And 4:27 probably meant the 27th day of the fourth month because that was when the person who Nanna lays next to in the graveyard was put there.
After hearing this I was very spoked out but pleased to know Nanna is keeping an eye out for me. God Blees you Nanna. xxxxx

I have spent most of my adult life outside of Wales but I still regularly return to see friends. I am a strong believer in levatation and yogic flying. I practice yogic flying every morning and believe that with enough practice I can levate myself to a higher plane. I feel more spiritual on the Brecons although the sheep do get in the way. Cardiff Yogic flyers, great club, best outside of Gosport.

I never believed big cats were roaming the UK. I use to laugh at people who said they had seen them. I lived in Blackwood Gwent for 4 years and worked as a taxi driver. One night I had a fare to Aberdare and had to go back to pick these two guys up at 2 in the morning. On my way back to pick them up I had a bit of time to waste so I took my time. On turning left right across the road from the Bavistock Hotel on my way back to Aberdare I could see two eyes lit up with the headlights of my car.
I thought first of all it must be a fox but as I got closer it didn't run away. But then I thought it must be a sheep, but as I got closer I could see it was tall about the size of a boxer dog and very slim so I pulled over and let the animal walk past me.
It was a big cat, small head large ears thin body with a very large tail. It was only about 20 ft away from me as the road is only wide enough for two cars to pass each other.I never believed before but now I am 100% certain.

I really believe in guardian angels/spirits/precognition/telepathy.
My cousin and I liked to go to the cinema quite often as teenagers, on one occasion we went the cinema it was almost empty apart from a few others about 10 people seated in other locations in the cinema and nowhere near us at all.
The strange thing was that I felt as if someone was looking over my shoulder all the time we were there it was the strangest feeling.
Anyway we had watched the film and we decided to walk back home, on the way back I fell up against a church wall with my hand on my chest my cousin said to me 'what’s the matter?' to which I replied 'nothing I’m ok,' we were almost near my home, and my cousin said, 'do you know I’m sure someone’s been following us' he looked behind himself as we walked on.
We got home and as we entered the front door my mother came to the door and said that my grandfather had a stroke and passed away about half an hour ago. Which was exactly the time when I had felt that peculiar feeling.
And that’s only one of many spooky incidents that has happened to me.

I live in a pub that used to be a farmhouse in the 18/19th century. We've had all kinds of tales from customers in the pub, all telling of a lady (known as the 'grey lady'). I'm a bit dubious about these stories, even though they come from all different types of customers, most of whom have never met. One woman from England even drew a picture of the woman, which we still have.
I live in the flat above the pub, and since I've been there the dog barks at nothing in certain rooms, I've heard a baby crying in my kitchen and the other morning there was a really strong smell of strawberries in the kitchen, even though there have been no strawberries in the house since the summer.
I don't think I believe in ghosts, as I have no concrete sightings or anything, but I'd like an explanation for these events!

It was about 6 months ago when our school went on a field trip ... We split into smaller groups, as the day went on until finally my friend and I were left to wander the paths. We heard screaming coming from below us, so we went to investigate. On arrival we found another group from our school pale and sickened at the sight of sacrified animals, including a horse buried deep in mud in an open grave and countless disemboweled sheep ... To this day, all of us remember it and we never really found out what it was all about. My guess is pagans but we still don't know.

Okay a bit of advice for you. Never never never try using a Ouija board. I did it in my school once. I'd explain you what it is but then you'll wanna try it (lol)! Nah that's cruel. What you do is, get some mates and set up the board (available on the Internet). Put some water in a glass (not plastic) cup, and all put a finger on it. Ask questions, and focus your 'aura' on the cup. If you're lucky it'll be moved by a spirit. Cool-we tried it.
It worked for a bit, then suddenly it started moving it's own way, without any questions. It told us that one of us was going to be killed. A load of other wierd stuff was said to. By now we were scared, but no-one took their finger off. And suddenly the glass and the table just flew across the room, like that. It was a heavy table, and none of us shrimpy kids could have pushed it that far.
Who / What did it?

I think my kitchen is haunted by an evil spirit! Now listen to this strange but true story..........
It was a hot summers day and I decided to go to my local Spar shop (where would we be without them!) In this lovely shop I brought some delicious ice lollies. Arriving home I place the ice lollies on the work top removed them from their packets, took one and went and sat in the garden for a few hours.
On returning to the kitchen something terrible awaited me, where my delicious ice lollies had once been was some type of ecto plasm goo. Obviously some evil spirit had eaten my lollies left the sticks there and slimed all over the work top!!
Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'm now too frightened to stay too long in the kitchen! Spooky eh?

I was on a recent trip to Cardiff last year when the most extraordinary thing
happened. I'd just been to visit a museum
and was in the car listening to my cousin talking. I looked out of the window and saw a lady who looked like she was crying.
She was wearing a 1920's style dress and a big straw hat. I turned round round and a milisecond later turned back to see her again but she'd completly vanished...
A week later I searched the internet and found that a cottage had burnt down in 1923 on that exact road, could it be...?

Whilst on Holiday in Llanrhidain caravan park, many years ago, we were disturbed every night by terrible woeful crying. We left the caravan to investigate, and the wailing seemed to come from the very ground. It made the blood run cold. I remember commenting that it sounded like someone in deep grief. The toilet block was about a hundred yards away from the caravan, and one night in the small hours, my husband waited outside for me in the middle of the night, as I was afraid to go there on my own. In the next toilet, I heard moaning and groaning. I resolved to ask the occupier if she was OK, and as I left my cubicle a woman stood there. She just stared at me, refusing to join in with my small talk, but she walked out of the block with me, and went off on another path in the opposite direction.
John stood there waiting. "She was a strange woman, wasn't she?". I said. "Who?" said John." The woman who came out of the toilets with me," I said. He looked at me closely for a few seconds. "You were alone when you came out, I heard some strange sounds and was about to come in there to see if you were ok".
We packed all the kids up the next day, and went home, never to return. Years later in a conversation, John was told that an old farmhouse had burnt down on that site, and the mother of the family had lost all of her children.

I do believe in ghosts but I don't think I have actually experienced any thing out of the ordinary. Sometimes at night I can hear foot steps going up my stairs but I think nothing of it because I have heard it for years. But there are some scary places in Wales, that is all I am saying is that you don't want to be left alone in the woods at night because more often than not many people are in for a fright. I do get scared some times about what is out that. Thanks alot for listening.

Once years ago when I lived at home I was cleaning the bathroom floor when suddenly the light cord was pulled on. I was alone in the house and I was bending down on the floor while I was cleaning so I was nowhere near the light cord, besides which you have to put some slight pressure on the cord to switch it on. I don't remember being frightened at the time but it spooks me to think of it now.

The flat that I'm living in now was once owned by a young boy ... He was only 17 and had struggled to keep up with the payments for the flat. Eventually emotion and distress took over and he killed himself. Now I'm alone in the flat I hear weird noises like a twisted sort of cry. My youngest child Sarah aged 4 talks to someone late at night in her room, I hear her telling them to be quiet. When I ask who she's talking to she tells me her boyfriend. It may just be an imaginery friend, but if it is who makes the noises?

In September of 2001, my son and my girlfriend at the time and her kids were holidaying in Tenby. It was miserable weather so we decided to get out of the caravan and go for a walk on the beach (South Beach). We walked down the slipway onto the beach, it was about 7 o'clock in the evening. As we walked past the jutting out rock of the headland I looked down the beach, and I could see a figure about 200 metres away walking down the tide line towards us.A figure dressed in black trousers, white shirt, holding a black jacket over their head. I thought nothing of this as the weather was so appalling - even feeling sorry for the bloke as he looked soaked.
On looking back to the spot 30 seconds later, I was surprised to see the figure had disappeared. I looked round and having a very clear view of the beach in both directions it was no where to be seen. Surprised I asked my girlfriend and the kids where he'd gone. They all said they'd seen nobody. Determined to prove to them I'd seen someone I thought - footprints in the sand. So we walked to the spot where I'd seen it and I couldn't believe not a footprint to be found.
A great shiver ran straight down my spine! Looking back now the figure could have easily been dressed in the style of days long ago. It looked to me as if it could have been Victorian dress! I have had some similar experiences throughout my life, so to me this is just more proof!

I heard a sudden noise while I was sleeping, my tv was on silently, but the noise over powered the sound of the tv So I got up nervously and rolled the blanket over. I don't know if it was my head playing games but I started to feel shivers down my skin as if someone was there. So I took two steps forward looking around around the bedroom door. Looking round, the noise came from the other room it sounded like someone was crying my heart started to thump really hard I walked slowly to the other room I took a deep breath as I peeped round the door. As I looked round there was a shadow in the corner. I walked closer and realised it was a shadow of a person crying. The crying started to become louder and a girls voice silently said "help me I'm lost." Then she just disappeared and the crying started to fade away getting quiter and quiter until it had gone.

I am a medium and I have the voices of ghosts in my head all the time, asking me to do things for them. I believe we should help them because they will show us the oracle of the illumination. They'll help us pass through the coral gate and swim with the dolphins of connection. I know this because they tell me.Sometimes they are evil spirits who ask me to kill. One even asked me to kill next doors dog but because I'm experienced I knew not to. That's why I think ghosts can be dangerous because some weaker people might actually do these things. I don't think schizophrenia is a disease, I think it's mischieavous spirits dabbling with our minds. More research should be done by doctors to help understand it.

Do you know what bothers me the most? The things lurking in my house. Cockroaches, mice, fleas and spiders. My house is actually nice but these things come in for a stay. And guess what else stays in my house? Ghosts.I have actually seen more than one,and my sister has had an experience with these ghastly creatures. One day, when it was bright and sunny,I went into the kitchen for lunch, and I looked into the laundry room and saw a white ball near the door go up,then down and went into the floor!
Then strange enough, my room is usually messy. So,I was in bed and we had no dogs that time. There was an empty lunchable tray on the floor. My mom and dad were in bed and my little brother was in the shower. I was trying to sleep, and I heard something kick the lunchables tray. I looked on the floor and saw the SHORTEST glimpse of a brown dog. And THAT'S why I can hardly sleep at night....

I know this sounds absurd, but I believe in banchees. It sounds silly even to me, but when I was in Ireland, I was convinced I could hear women screaching in the early hours of the morning. I could hear the wind as well, so it definitely wasn't that. It sounded ghostly but human. I did feel like death was nearby if that makes sense? The next morning, the headlines on the Irish news was a dead baby on the beach where I was staying. But it couldn't have been the baby I heard because although the beach was in view, I was high up on a cliff, people on the beach were the size of my thumb. The screaching was too vivid to be from so far away, besides, it was too mature to be baby's scream anyway. Maybe it's a form of ghost, or angel, but the only thing I can relate it to is the mythical Celtic spirits of death.

It is only recently I've realised I can feel their presence, it has just got to the stage where they can tell me their names and short messages. I have friends who are ghosts. I don't see them but they see me, I have seen one or two before. Anyway I talk to them and they talk back. Ghosts are not evil, one of them called Amber she's 8 and she wants me to tell you all not to be afraid of ghosts or spirits, if you see one you should count yourself lucky.
They are us but just not living, their souls have been stolen from them when they were taken from the world. The only ghosts you see will be the ones that have had their soul taken from them. Anyone who wants to believe this is doing the right thing because I won't be writing this if it was not true, this is a fact that I'm about to say.
Things are not always as they seem and first expressions aren't always right because a moment is not life and you do not know their lives, so get to know a spirit or ghost before you make up your mind ... If you do see a ghost then listen to it and also don't tell anyone. I'm only saying this because it's a message from them to us.

I believe that science technology has advanced so much over the last 10 years but we have not even touched the tip of the iceberg of the paranormal activites.
How do we know that the sixth sense we possibly have is what is telling us that a ghost or something is happening? I think there is a sixth sense which helps us with the paranormal but it is hidden so deep in our minds like electrical impulses it is hard to find. Hopefully in the near future someone will prove that this exists!
What other explanation is there?
