Heard Betamax played on radio over here. If they are the band with leathal guitar rift with heavy drum and cool techno type noise going on, please can anyone confirm if these are the band I'm thinking of cos they rock. Ah ah! A forum of punk rock faves. Many thanks to the BBC. I have this bands single from 1984, I put it on E bay and got £95. I'm off down the pub, I thought they were ok, maybe too aggressive and in your face for my liking, but whatever floats your boat. And mine is floating by now with several pints of beer on it thanks to pfs. Cheers boys, down in one.

I totally agree BBC - How about some real insight into punk rock in Wales? And I don't mean the prentious nonsense spun out by the capitals so called punk label Newest Industry, they just stink of jealousy. Although No Choice are ok, the real bands like Partisans, Pfs etc ... deserve to be heard by a whole new generation. Get on the case !

Pfs (Picture Frame Seduction )are awesome you should get more of their stuff from the bands web site, saw them a few years back, and in 84 with the Uk Subs in Swansea, - 100 % punk rock and very much on the edge. Wales should definately be recognising bands like these and the partisans more. How about a decent programme on Pfs so the rest of cotton wooled up Wales can see what real music is all about? Remember these boys started a whole scene back in 82. r.e.s.p.e.c.t
