A mate and I own a Dennis F3 (Chassis 3228)that was originally supplied to the West Australian Fire Brigade. We are giving it a full restoration to bring it back to "as new" condition and are trying to locate other Dennis F3 owners. I have been fascinated by fire engines since a small child (I am almost in my sixth decade!!) Over the last few years I have been collecting diecast models of fire engines so the 'bug' is still strong! I have just tracked down a copy of 'Flames across the Tawe' by Keith Mills which is a history of Swansea City Fire Brigade...should be a hot read!!!!
