I sat down in the computer Lab today and the name Amas flashed through my mind. You were my Arts teacher in Federal Government Girls' College New-Bussa. I was wondering what became of you and I am very glad to know that you are doing very well. Please keep up the good work.

Amas is a great man and a great musician - he was always welcoming and friendly when our band used to play in the small jazz cafe he used to run in Swansea. I hope he continues to build musical bridges!

I was searching for pictures from Nigeria to display for the Nelson Mandela University, South Africa Cultural Day 2005, and this have been absolutely impressive... showing the rich heritage and beautiful image that should be painted about Nigeria to correct the misconceptions the world has for us. Keep it up Ama...These pictures will gladly be on display tomorrow at the Nigeria stall. Thanks a lot for a perfect job well done. Regards Richard.

Behold it was a fine spectacle. An exposition of ingenuity in performing arts. The setting was no less spectacular - the Ikeagwu village square - a serene but deprived poor rural community tucked right on the crest of a hill, the top most point of the hilly university town, Nsukka.

Both the event and setting clearly summarize the inate talents that abound in Amas Gbubemi in creative arts.

I witnessed it all happen : a well-articulated fusion of African and Welsh music and dance. Amas, keep the flag flying as the sky is your starting point and heaven is your limit.

I must be honest I enjoyed watching Amas' photos, the are all very beautiful pictures. I regret missing the African/Welsh Dance & Art Festival held in my own country, I missed all the fun, entertainment and all that. I must tell you that whatever show Amas organises anywere anytime turns out best and I'm proud of him. He has made so much impact on my life and I must say thank you to him. He should keep up the good work he's been doing all his life by bringing people of different tribes and religions together. Keep it up! Cheers Anwuli.

Amas has always been a star in Nigeria in the music and art world. We saw this from his high school days through the University and till today. Now that he is out there in the UK, I hope a big outfit will identify and use his skills.

Chuka Iwobi - London
I certainly enjoyed looking at Amas' photos and would have loved to witness the Welsh Dance performed by African. There is certainly no end to Amas' talent and his ability to share his experiences and love of music and dance with people from diverse backgrounds. Amas' has done so much in the past to foster better relations between the various ethnic groups and I would urge him to continue the good work. Well done Gbubs - we are very proud of you. Regards Chuka
