We moved to Llandeilo in the late 70's and stayed for a few years my father worked in the sheep mill - remember too, strong scent of the place when I visited and watched the skins being washed. Frequently remember walking to a little bar which sold sweets - a treat on a Friday night. Always remember stunning countryside and friendly people - fond memories of Llandeilo, just a pity we didn't stay in this beautiful place and a beautiful country.

It certainly is better in person, these photos don't do justice to the stunning countryside that surrounds the town and the magical character of the town itself and all the people that make this part of the world so special. All greatly missed. NB it can rain though!

It's still a lovely town. Still the same old town when I lived with my grandad and gran I would like to meet old friends.

Lived in Gwynfe many years ago as an evacuee during the war. Lived at LLwynbrain with the Davies family. I will always remember the beauty of the Gwynfe countryside and the nice people who lived there. If he is still about, please give my regards to Danny Page.
