Was raised in Kidwelly between 1969 and 1979 when family circumstances wrenched me from a place I loved dearly. Spent many a happy day running around the castle it ignited a passion for history which has never been quenched.
Would love to return someday just to re-live some of my happy memories sadly I don't have the mobility I once had.
Wonder if the old Sunday school near to Ger y Gwendraeth is still there?

My family came from Kidwelly many years ago. I have not had the pleasure of visiting, but I plan to visit before I am laid to rest.

Could you do me a favour and build a bridge from the castle to Ger y Castell because we have to walk all the way around when we could just walk straight across and be there in 2 minutes!
