Having been born and brought up in Tenby, living within sight of Caldey has left an indelible picture of a truly magical and spiritual bit of heaven in my memory.Congratulations to the photographer, but a great pity that more detailed and explanatory captions were not included.

Having a friend living and working in the Abbey I can visit and go inside the monastery. It is a simple and quiet place where the shackles of everyday living seem to fall apart. Inside the monastic enclosure all is clean and untouched by modernity and as such it is beautiful

I love Tenby and used to go every year at least 10 times when I was younger even if it was for the day. When I lived in London would love coming home and going every summer. Now in Australia and miss its magic.

Thank you for sharing such inspirational photographs with us. I have visited Caldey Island on several occasions but have never been allowed inside the monastery. Thanks for allowing me to take a peek inside. Wonderful.

I used to go to Narbeth and then Tenby every year with my parents and brother. We stayed in a caravan in Tenby up on North Cliff. We went to Caldey Island and I still remember the smell of the perfume that the monks make. Even though I have been all over the world to some fantastic places, Tenby still holds a big place in my heart.
