Raising the Pavilion: In Pictures

The Pavilion is always the centre of attention at the Eisteddfod, and in recent years it's striking yellow and blue livery has become a well-known landmark at the festival. In 2006 though it took a break, to be replaced by a shocking pink pavilion, in support of the Walk-the-Walk Breast Cancer appeal.
In this slideshow of photographs from the Rev Eirian Wyn, we track the pavilion and surrounding stands being put together.
