Joelle is a photographer and filmaker, who has exhibited at Brick Lane, London and The Watershed, Bristol. Graduating from U.W.E , Bristol and having worked professionally for the BBC and independent production companies internationally, these experiences have had some influence on her private work. Work of an observational nature and the influence of travel and characters encountered on a journey remain the strongest inspirations.

Joelle is currently working on a documentary, examining the musical cultures of pop music in Wales and traditional South Pacific music, through a journey of six teenagers from the Rhondda Taff area to a music festival in New Zealand.
