Canadian Guiding Trip

Last updated: 01 February 2007

During July 2006 Sara Thomas of Betws, Ammanford, was lucky enough to represent Wales at an international Girlguiding camp in Canada. There she met Guides from all over the world. At the end of her trip she stayed with a Canadian family and explored the city of Toronto.

Sara had this to say about her trip to Canada, "I learnt so much through this trip and met some wonderful friends worldwide. As a young leader I hope to encourage other guides and pass on the experiences and skills I have been fortunate to attain".
