
The Welsh Wildlife Centre, Cilgerran

A 264-acre wildlife nature reserve home to many species of wildlife. Nestling in lush Ceredigion countryside along the banks of the River Teifi near Cilgerran, the reserve has all-ability trails that travel through the habitats of otters, badgers and many other mammals. The reserve hosts a wide variety of birds including kingfisher and red kite, as well as a colourful butterfly population. A live camera link to inside the otter's holt is one of the many exhibits inside the Centre. Events and activities include pond-dipping and discovery trails. Inside you'll find tea-rooms, a gift shop and a wildlife adventure playground. Wheelchair loan is available as well as lift access to all floors.
