An island reserve with a rich and diverse landscape. Nesting birds include kittiwakes, shearwaters, peregrines and choughs with a large number of migrating birds resting here during the spring and autumn. A large atlantic seal colony breeds successfully here.

Visitors are limited to 40 per day - no dogs allowed on the island. Information, toilets, small tuck shop and RSPB Shop are available on the island.

Departure:	Boats leave from Lifeboat Station, St. Justinians every day, weather permitting. Boats depart at 10am and 12pm. Return 1.15 pm and 4.00 pm.
