Glyn Coch


Enjoy a woodland walk at Glyn Coch - a 3.5 km circular walk. The woodland consists of about 8000 trees of 16 native species planted about 4 years ago. In places it goes through small areas of more mature trees, or past hedges. There are also areas of dry(ish) grassland, and wetland with ponds and open drainage ditches - often with flowing water. Wild flowers make spectacular displays from late February to October with the best in summer when butterflies abound.

Other attractions include - locally hand made crafts, a small working pottery, an artist's studio, farm animals and machinery, displays of local and general interest, tearoom and campsite.
Open:All year Tuesday - Sunday and Bank Holidays.
