Aberdulais Falls


Aberdulais Falls is maintained by the National Trust and features the largest electricity generating water wheel in Europe. Get spectacular views of the falls, water wheel and fish pass or look around the ruins of a tin plate works dating from 1830.

The information centre provides video presentations, interactive displays and audio tours and there are lifts and wheelchairs available for disabled visitors and Quiz Trails for children.

Open:1 - 22 March Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11 am - 4 pm. 23 March - 3 November, Monday to Friday, 10 am - 5 pm; Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 11 am - 6 pm. 8 November to 22 December, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11 am - 4 pm. Mon 23 December 11 am - 4 pm
